Program Time Line
All services listed below are provided by Adnil.
Five to six months prior to anticipated start date
- Employer submits job request to Adnil Services.
- Adnil Services requests Prevailing Wage Determination from the National
Processing Center (NPC).
- Process of recruiting employees begins.
Four months or 120 days prior to anticipated start date
- Advertisement process begins with State Workforce Agency to
recruit qualified employees.
- Forms are filed directly with NPC.
Six to eight weeks prior to anticipated start date
- NPC issues Labor Certification.
One to three weeks after Labor Certification
- Petitions for H-2B visas are filed with USCIS.
- Fifteen-day approval calendar begins with USCIS (Premium
Processing).
- H-2B petition approval is issued for premium processing.
Three to four weeks prior to anticipated start date
- If employees are in country, I-94s are issued.
- Visa interviews are held at overseas embassies.
One week prior to anticipated start date
- H-2B employees arrive at employer’s company.
