Fees Struture
Adnil Services charges it's clients (the employers) a one time placement fee per employee, payable up front, which includes:
- Application fees, operational costs, administrative and recruitment fees
- Support before and throughout the program
- Site visits to client employer and employees at the work site

If you request H-2B employees who are outside the U.S., a fee of $50 per person will apply for Embassy Assistance.
Additional fees may apply for additional direct out of country recruitment and recruitment trips. We will provide you with details of additional recruitment costs upon request.
Fees Paid to U. S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS)
Standard Filing Fees for Each H-2B Petition Filed with USCIS
- $1,000 Premium Processing Fee (optional - guarantees a response within 15 days)
- $320 Petition Filing Fee for I-129
- $150 Fraud Prevention Fee
- Standard Petition Filing Fees and the number of petitions filed are determined by position type, and whether participants requested are in-country or out-of-country
